Precast Concrete Forming Machines & Equipment

The Aber Fence Company uses Precast Concrete Forming Machines and Precast Concrete Fence Forming Equipment to manufacture AFTEC Precast Concrete Wall Panels.

Our concrete form machines & equipment are efficient, versatile, and safe.

We use patent-protected AFTEC Precast Concrete Fence Forms to manufacture the fifteen-foot long, six or eight feet high panels. After curing, panels are lifted from the mold and held at our six-acre compound for a minimum of five days to complete drying/curing time before they are ready to be shipped and installed at its final destination.

At Aber Fence, we have eight molds on-site, each is capable of making 75 feet of panels every business day.

Our AFTEC 8’ wall reduces exterior noise by 10.2 decibels. Both 6’ and 8’ walls are engineered to withstand sustained winds of 130 mph and wind gusts of 3-seconds or less up to 150 mph. Aber Fence proudly offers a 1-year warranty.

In addition to the patented forms, we use a special blend of concrete, patented steel fibers or patented nylon fibers to ensure the strongest possible concrete. We test this concrete daily to ensure each customer receives the minimum Aber Fence Company standard of 5000 psi strength or higher.

Customers can choose from a number of different designs and after our painting staff applies the client-selected color combinations, the final product has the appearance of being hand-made. This ensures client satisfaction and conforms to the aesthetics sought by each, individual community.

Aber Fence Company is pleased and honored to invite potential clients to make an appointment with our AFTEC staff. Potential clients can observe the AFTEC fabrication process and view stores of existing AFTEC wall panels at our current location, 12239 Mosielee Street, where Aber Fence has been headquartered since 1996.
