StoneTree Concrete Fence Walls
Aber Fence is proud to introduce StoneTree Concrete Fence Walls to the Texas market. StoneTree Fence Walls are manufactured and installed under license by Aber Fence and are used in commercial, industrial and residential construction
About Stonetree Walls
StoneTree™ Fence-Walls are cast vertically creating a textured formed finish on both sides of the wall. StoneTree™ column and panel sections are fifteen ft. long and the fence-wall is built on a pier footing at each column location using a Rigid Footing Support. The rigid support requires that a steel I-beam is set into the footing which supports the fence-wall. The engineering and proprietary enhancements have resulted in making the StoneTree™ System the safest, most durable and aesthetically pleasing fence-wall in the industry.

Product Information
What makes StoneTree™ Concrete Fence Walls different from other types of concrete fences is that through engineering enhancements and design, StoneTree™ precast concrete columns and panels are manufactured as one integral wall section. This technology is known as the Combo-Cast™ process.
The Rigid Footing system provides many benefits to the StoneTree™ construction process.
-
The Rigid Support System eliminates the need for temporary bracing or shoring of wall sections during installation, which all other concrete fences require. This provides the safest environment and results in the most stable method of installing a precast concrete fence-wall.
-
Most conventional precast fence systems require grouting the columns and/or footings in order to become secure. This process only takes place after the fence columns are set in place and creates an unstable condition until the grout or concrete mix has cured adequately.
- The StoneTree™ footings are poured and cured adequately prior to the wall sections being installed and no grouting is required.
StoneTree™ fence-walls are designed with a structural “picture frame” which adds to the aesthetic value enhancing the highly defined textural finishes available.
Product Comparison
Building a new fence wall requires much thought and deliberation before making your final choice. Customers look for a fence solution that is attractive and installs quickly. They want a product that will last a long time, is structurally sound, and causes as little inconvenience as possible during installation. Safety is also an important factor during the installation of the product. With so many options available today in the fencing market, a comparison between the most popular products is needed.
Wood and Vinyl Fence
These fences are the easiest to install, but can be costly to maintain. Wood fences fade, water stain, rot and deteriorate over time. Vinyl fences look attractive when new but soon warp, become chalky, and break easily as they age.
Stone, Block, and Brick Walls
These fence walls are labor intensive to build. Each piece needs to be individually handled and then set on a continuous footing. Settling of the ground can cause cracks along the mortar seams, which eventually weaken the wall and can even cause it to begin to fall apart.
Conventional Concrete Fence Systems
These wall systems are designed as separate columns and separate panels. There are two types of systems presently available.
- A smaller profile stackable system uses a five-inch square concrete post which is installed every five-feet. on center. A one-foot high by five-feet long concrete panel is then inserted into preformed slots in the concrete posts and stacks upon one another to build the wall. The concrete panel is approximately one and ¾ inches thick.
-
Large scale concrete fence systems, use an eight-teen inch to twenty inch square column typically set every twelve feet on center. When the columns are placed and set, a concrete panel is then slid in between the columns and fits into slots formed in the columns. The columns are secured to the footing using a grouted cell connection. Each column is hollow, which is placed over rebar extending up from the footings. The column is filled with concrete which completes this labor intensive installation.
The StoneTree™ system
Our unique StoneTree™ system changes our customer’s minds about considering a concrete fence as an alternative to the traditional panel and column concrete fence systems. StoneTree’s™ one piece panel/column fence wall section takes half the time and half the man-power required to install as do the traditional two piece or stackable panel and column designs. The construction and the rigid footing support system of the Stonetree™ fence wall gives greater stability during the installation, as well as over-all strength over time. Easy to install, easy to maintain, and remarkably stable and durable, the StoneTree™ fence wall system offers you the best features from all of the fence wall systems available today...and more.
