AFTEC Precast Concrete Fencing

Flexible design and durable construction are what you can expect and should require from any and all licensed and bonded fence companies. And that’s just what Aber Fence Company’s precast concrete wall panels have to offer. Add protection, and privacy to your home, business, or subdivision with the best-precast concrete fencing in the business – the AFTEC Precast Concrete Fencing, available for the following applications:

AFTEC Precast Concrete Fencing is incredibly durable. The first AFTEC wall built by Aber Fence in Corpus Christi, Texas, 10 years ago still retains the fresh stained appearance applied in 2008. That’s because AFTEC walls are made of concrete mixed with either patented steel fibers or patented engineered nylon fibers to strengthen the concrete to 5000 PSI strength or higher. Additionally, our several-ton panels are positioned on engineered steel I-beams respective to their heights.

Our six-foot-high precast concrete wall panels weigh three tons each and sets are a minimum 24” wide by 72” deep. While our eight-foot-high panels weigh four tons each and sets are a minimum 24” wide by 96” deep. It is these sets, that make our precast concrete wall so different from other precast concrete companies.  Once these seats are installed - they are not going anywhere!

Additional benefits for precast concrete wall panels include noise reduction of 10.2 decibels, and we proudly offer a 1-year warranty.

What is Precast Concrete Fencing?

Precast concrete fencing is a long-lasting and visually appealing type of fencing that utilizes concrete, natural stone or brick, and architectural finishes. Concrete, patented nylon fibers and other proprietary materials are formed into molds that ingrain designs within the concrete that creates the appearance of brick or stone walls. These panels are finished with sealers, stains, paint and other custom treatments to ensure your wall looks and feels like a traditional brick or stone wall. The end result is beautifully authentic textures and patters on both sides of the precast concrete wall panels and columns. AFTEC Precast Concrete Fencing is also used to enforce perimeter water, gas, lift station and electric utility areas; as well as firehouses, and – of course – neighborhood HOA’s.

Precast Commercial Concrete Fencing in Houston, Texas

Choosing the right fencing can be confusing with so many options available. To simplify the decision, here’s a clear comparison of precast concrete fencing versus vinyl and composite fencing, focusing on durability, appearance, maintenance, and long-term value.

Durability: Precast Concrete Fences Last Longer

Vinyl and composite fencing are vulnerable to weather-related damage and everyday wear.

  • Composite fencing can warp as wood fibers expand and contract with humidity.
  • Vinyl fencing can fade, crack, and develop mold or mildew over time.
  • Vinyl is especially fragile and can be damaged by lawn equipment, pets, or minor impacts.

Precast concrete fences are far more durable.

They do not warp, fade, or rot. Color and texture are added during manufacturing, creating long-lasting finishes that hold up for decades. Mold and mildew are not an issue, and concrete resists impact far better than vinyl or composite materials.

Privacy, Security, and Noise Reduction

Vinyl and composite fences mainly serve as boundary markers. They offer limited privacy, little security, and almost no sound reduction.

A precast concrete wall or fence provides:

  • Superior privacy
  • Real security
  • Excellent noise reduction

This makes precast concrete fencing ideal for blocking street noise, increasing property security, and creating private outdoor spaces. The imposing presence of ABER AFTEC provides the perception of value to the extent it has been proven to increase the overall distinctive appraisal of entire neighborhood’s homes.

Appearance: Precast Concrete Fences Look Better

Vinyl fencing often has a lightweight, artificial appearance that can reduce curb appeal. Damage makes vinyl and composite fencing look even worse, and replacement is usually the only solution.
Design options are also limited.

At Aber Fence AFTEC Precast Concrete, our precast concrete fences are designed to replicate high-end materials, including:

  • Brick
  • Natural stone
  • Chiseled rock

You get the appearance of premium materials with the strength of concrete.

Low-Maintenance Concrete Fencing
Vinyl and composite fences require regular cleaning to prevent staining from plants, mold, and mildew. Severe staining may require scrubbing with cleaners.

Precast concrete fencing is easy to maintain.
A simple pressure wash is usually all that’s needed. Concrete can handle high-pressure cleaning without damage, unlike vinyl or composite fencing.

Fence Cost: Precast Concrete Is the Better Long-Term Value
While vinyl and composite fencing may have lower upfront costs, they often require more repairs and replacement over time.

Precast concrete fences offer better long-term value because they:

  • Require minimal maintenance
  • Last significantly longer
  • Reduce repair and replacement costs
